You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall baazi999's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount of deposits you made to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

baazi999 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, government action, telecommunications network failures, or internet service provider outages.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit baazi999's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of baazi999 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. baazi999's decisions regarding account matters, bonus eligibility, and game outcomes are final and binding, subject only to our formal dispute resolution process.
